SLINKY WOODEN CAIMANS - CARVED BY PERUVIAN AMAZON ARTISAN

These wooden slinkies represent the caiman - the close Amazon relatives of the American alligator.   Some models are painted green or black; others have a natural mottled blond-brown tone. They will make unique decorations to add a touch of the rainforest to any part of your home or special gathering.  The sale of these decorations supports forest conservation and helps meet local needs in traditional communities in Peru.

Lengths of slinky caimans: small (8" long); medium (11.5" long); large (15.5" long)

Each ornament comes with a tag listing the name and home of the artisan who made it and the plant used to make it.
