Toucan Balsa Wood Earrings - Made by Peruvian Amazon artisan

These fun earrings feature the patterns of several types of toucans from the Amazon rainforest.  These iconic fruit-eating birds have been carved from lightweight balsa so the wearer can show their connection to the biggest jungle in the world. Each earring is adorned with a black achira seed bead.

These earrings are made by an expert artisan from Iquitos who has worked with the Center for Amazon Community Ecology for ten years.  The French hooks are made with non-allergenic material.

Please remember that these handmade crafts may vary from the photos shown.
